The aim of the Digital Academy is to master the digital transformation by empowering people. For that purpose, we train employees and executives in a comprehensive training program to become Digital Experts. Subsequent to the training, they function as multipliers and catalysts. They will increase digital awareness and actively promote projects. Digitalization is not only a wish – it is pivotal to make your company sustainable.
Our success story
During the training, the Digital Experts do not only acquire extensive theoretical knowledge. Accompanying project work also teaches them how to put this knowledge into practice. This combination enables Digital Experts to develop and establish future projects in your company optimally, immediately creating added value in return.
Selection of training content
The Digital Experts receive extensive training on various topics. The choice of topics is made by arrangement and can therefore be adapted to the specific needs of the company. The training contents are directly applied in the context of project work.
Digital Experts are characterized by their diversity. The example of TÜV NORD shows that characters from a wide variety of fields come together and form a network. Our Digital Experts:
- are women and men between 25 and 55 years of age
- are employees from all kind of positions such as department managers, team leaders or project managers etc.

The SCHOOL OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP (SIBE) is the Graduate School of the Faculty of Leadership & Management at Steinbeis University. With master programs since 1994, currently over 800 students, over 4,500 successful graduates and over 350 partner companies, the SIBE is a competent partner for Management & Business Leadership and thus for innovation, growth and digitalization. As part of the systematic project and competence curriculum, Master's students successfully complete digitalization projects. The SIBE programme also addresses key issues relating to business in a digitized world under the heading "Leadership in a Digital World".
