Impressions of the virtual Digital Experts Training 2020
New situations require new ideas. With this approach, we have come up with a new format for our pitch event in the current situation. So far, the pitch event has served to give the digital experts we have trained the opportunity to present their innovation projects to an audience in order to gain supporters for their projects. This will continue to be the case, but in a completely new format.
The Digital Experts work in groups on different projects. Within a very short time and with simple video equipment such as smartphones, each team summarizes its findings and ideas for the projects in pitch videos, which are then made available to all TÜV NORD GROUP employees for voting. Afterwards, the digital experts present their pitch videos at a virtual pitch event and answer questions from the audience.
The Digital Academy made the best of a difficult situation and made the virtual learning experience a great one!

Training #2: 05 September 2022 – 11 November 2022
Duration
9 weeks (first & last week full time; otherwise full time on Mondays and Tuesdays plus flexible, independent project work and study)

Blended training with personal (virtual) contact to trainers and experts, intensive coaching and e-learnings

The training is helpful because it changes the conventional way of thinking and provides a lot of tools to keep us employees up to date, enabling and reminding us to continuously innovate to stay in business sustainably. You also learn a lot of different approaches to changing things.
