WE(rtual) together against Corona.

The corona pandemic forces us to rethink processes, structures, products, services and instruments. We are all going through a steep learning curve in which creativity, improvisation and digitalization are strong driving forces. To promote and make the learning process in our company visible, we want to bring together digital innovators within TÜV NORD GROUP.

With the support of Dr. Dietmar Schlößer (Head of Digitalization and Innovation at TN AG), the event formats are to be implemented for all employees on a long-term basis to promote group-wide networking, exchange and learning. There are good reasons for your participation.

Voluntary - anyone can participate

faiLEARN and ideaLEARN are events for employees by employees. Cultural change only works together. Good cooperation always consists of give and take. We promise an entertaining evening - you invest your free time.

Learning, thinking and inspiring each other requires freedom. faiLEARN and ideaLEARN are taking place virtually for the very first time, so that you can join in from anywhere.

Appreciative togetherness

Making mistakes is human, admitting mistakes to oneself requires the ability to reflect, talking about one's own mistakes in front of many people requires a large portion of courage. Those who, despite or because of the current situation, push forward and implement new ideas and suggestions in order to generate benefits for fellow human beings as well as employees, TÜV NORD and/or customers also deserve recognition. Instead of applauding, you are therefore welcome to react to the faiLEARNs and ideaLEARNs in the chat.
